IT Audits

In performing an IT audit, we not only investigate the technical aspects of a clients infrastructure but also investigate the current business structure and what it wishes to achieve in its future strategy and goals.

Once a clear map of the business has been constructed, we can then start to inspect the existing infrastructure and whether it is fit for the purpose and role intended. Users are asked to participate in questionnaires and surveys about how IT functions for them to create a baseline of the general IT experience within the company.

Our technical team then analyse your network to accurately map all network devices and servers, followed by a check for any known security issues that should be addressed.

We then document our findings and provide a list of recommendations that best match the needs of the business going forwards vs the realities of cost and expenditure. Once a decision has been made to implement some or all of the recommendations, Apex can then implement and manage the project to rectify the shortcomings.
