Built by people who
understand the industry
Apex Networks has been developing software for vehicle recovery and field service operators since 2005. We know what operators need because we’ve spent two decades listening to them.
Who we are
Apex Networks builds software for businesses that work the roads — vehicle recovery operators, roadside service providers, and the work providers and insurers who connect them.
Our products are purpose-built for the industry, not adapted from generic field service tools. That means every feature, every workflow, and every update is shaped by the real-world experience of the operators who use them every day.
We work with over 1,000 operators across the UK and Ireland. We’ve been doing this since 2005.
- We listen
We get out and talk to operators. The people using the software every day know better than anyone what works and what doesn’t — so we make a point of actually asking them.
- We research
We never assume we have all the answers. Before we build or change anything, we go back to customers, identify the pain points, and plan improvements that solve real problems.
- We support
We don’t hand over the software and disappear. Training videos, hands-on training days, and a support team that picks up the phone — we’re here for the long term.
- We keep building
The industry changes and so does our software. Our development team constantly refines the platform based on customer feedback, compliance requirements, and where the industry is heading.
Why we started
When Apex Networks was founded in 2005, the vehicle recovery sector was poorly served by software. Tools were either too generic, too complicated, or simply not built with recovery operators in mind.
We set out to change that — and we’re still at it. Over 20 years, we’ve built a platform that handles everything from job dispatch and driver management to invoicing, compliance, and network connectivity. It’s grown with the industry, and with the operators who use it.
