How it works
ResQtrac works directly out of Apex RMS – no separate setup, no third-party account. When a job is dispatched, RMS sends a tracking invite to your customer automatically. They click the link and see your driver on a live map, with updates as the job progresses.
You control what they see and when. It takes a few minutes to enable and works straight away.
Get ResQtrac live in under five minutes
Log in to your Customer Self Service Portal, then:
- Select RMS from the left-hand menu
- Go to Extras
- Find ResQtrac and click Enable
- Confirm on the pop-up, and you’re live
