How it works

ResQtrac works directly out of Apex RMS — no separate setup, no third-party account. When a job is dispatched, RMS sends a tracking invite to your customer automatically. They click the link and see your driver on a live map, with updates as the job progresses.

You control what they see and when. It takes a few minutes to enable and works straight away.

Get ResQtrac live in under five minutes

Log in to your Customer Self Service Portal, then:

  1. Select RMS from the left-hand menu
  2. Go to Extras
  3. Find ResQtrac and click Enable
  4. Confirm on the pop-up — and you’re live
