Client Overview

Kelly’s Recovery in Ireland opened for business nearly 50 years ago, and has worked with Apex since 2015. With over 60 employees and 50+ vehicles on the road, they hold the contract for the whole of the M50 around Dublin, and also Dublin Airport. In addition, Kelly’s competes successfully to receive work from insurance groups such as Enterprise, Mawdy, Allianz and AXA. “From a little moped to an articulated lorry,” they say, “there’s nothing we cannot move.”

The Challenge

Pressure on Kelly’s management systems was instigated by the insurance companies and businesses that supplied them work. They needed their agents to be linked into their system in a streamlined way, and that meant change. Kelly’s current system, InTow, wasn’t advanced enough to plug the gap. On top of that, several competing recovery firms were already turning to Apex RMS because it enabled them to take on and monitor jobs more easily.

The Solution

Kelly’s knew that the time was right to find alternative software. Whilst successfully receiving over 140 jobs a day, they were having to fight tooth and nail for business.
