What is Apex ANS?
ANS is a purpose-built data network for the vehicle recovery industry. It sits alongside Apex RMS and connects all the parties involved in a recovery job — operators, work providers, breakdown companies, and insurers — so that communication is fast, accurate, and automatic.

Who needs it?
ANS is used by everyone in the recovery chain — from sole traders receiving jobs from a single work provider, to national insurers managing hundreds of operators across the UK and Ireland.
If you’re receiving recovery jobs from work providers, you need ANS to receive and update jobs in real time. If you’re a work provider, insurer, or breakdown company, you need ANS to monitor your operator network, track vehicle storage, and access accurate job data without picking up the phone.
Is ANS included with Apex RMS?
ANS is included at no extra cost for RMS Lite and RMS Lite Plus customers. Full RMS subscribers can add ANS for an additional monthly fee. If you’re not sure which RMS package you’re on, you’ll find that information in your portal. Either way, adding ANS is straightforward and our team can have you connected quickly.
